The Franke Academy is the hub for all training activity for Franke team members. All engineers will receive a full training package prior to attending customer sites. The training will cover the full range of equipment and will ensure that your technician possesses the full knowledge to maintain and service your Franke machine.
Training is not only for our engineers, all members of our team receive training and support. This includes our customer service team allowing for advice to be provided when a call is logged. This will enable phone fixes reducing downtime and maintaining machine performance.
